Classes

The goal of our class offerings, is to give the novice sewer as well as experienced sewer an expanded knowledge of skills you may already have, teach new techniques you may not have tried and expand your world of creativity.

Each class is designed to teach techniques you can use in other projects of your own creation.

  • Open Sewing Saturday

    In this open class you can bring any project in that you need help on. Anything from alterations, home dec, garment construction. Four 2 hour classes are $100
  • kids can sew

    Kids can Sew is designed for ages 6-15 years old. Students will learn how to use a sewing machine while they create garments using Kids Can Sew packet that is designed for beginning sewers.
    Cost is $80 for four weeks. First time students will need the Kids Can Sew sewing packet for $65 that can be purchased separately through instructor.

    Open Sewing is for anyone who wants to learn how to sew or needs a refresher class. These classes run every Tuesday ( except for Holidays) 11-1:00 Cost $100 for four 2 hour classes

    Come and join us in making this fun scrapy quilt. Use old garments from your closet that don't fit anymore in making this fun quilt. You will learn a quilt as you go method where each block is bound. Make it as small or as large as you would like. Cost $65 Instructor, Sara Holbrook
